Phylicia Ellison

I'm Phylicia Ellison, a Detroit-based builder with a background in construction management across educational, commercial, and government development.

After years of navigating complex projects and systems, I founded EchoPatch to solve a problem I experienced firsthand: the gap between what customers need and what businesses can deliver efficiently.

EchoPatch is built on the belief that technology should empower connection, not complicate it. We're creating tools that help businesses listen better, respond faster, and build trust at scale.
